Note: Moving Advinst.exe from it's file location to the desktop prevents the patch from saying it's being used thus preventing the safe mode method.
If my method does not activate the product then your other option is safe mode. Below are the steps for activation in safe mode.

1. Install the setup from my program
2. click start and search msconfig (Admin rights)
3. click the boot tab and enable safe mode
4. Click ok and then restart
5. Open my program's patch and click patch.
6. Now click yes and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Caphyon\Advanced Installer 9.9\bin\x86
(If you do not know how to find this then just copy the address in the above location tab in the explorer folder)
7. Now type what ever you want to be shown as the owner/Registered to Advanced Installer
8. Now redo the msconfig steps but unclick/disable the safe mode in the boot tab
9.click restart
10. Open your advanced installer program and you have successfully activated the product.
